At Eden Dance we believe everyone can benefit from taking part in a dance class and our classes are open to all ages and abilities in a variety of styles. We encourage participants to reach their full potential in every class where we focus on technique and creative work in preparation for performance.



   RAD Ballet

The Royal Academy of Dance is the world’s most influential dance education organisations offering students a syllabus steeped in the heritage of Ballet and setting the standard of exams in Classical Ballet across the world. Classes are graded according to ability and age and although there is no pressure to take exams students feel a sense of pride and achievement if they do and its also exciting knowing they are learning Ballet they can link to what they see on stage.

   Contemporary

Contemporary dance developed during the mid 20th Century and has quickly grown into one of the most dominant genres of the dance world for formally trained dancers. At Eden Dance contemporary dance is offered through the youth companies.

These companies are open to creative students who work on technique and improvisation creating pieces of work for performance throughout the year.

   Commercial/Street Dance

This style of dance is fast, dynamic, sassy and fun. Students are encouraged to develop strength and power with a flair for performance in the style of dance you see in the commercial world ie; music videos.

   Zumba Fitness

Zumba Fitness is pretty much the most awesome workout you will ever do. High energy, easy dance moves set to lively world music that makes you so happy you don’t even realise you are working out. Be prepared to sweat and smile the most you ever will in one hour!

    Pilates

Pilates is a controlled careful practice of body and mind connection to help with co-ordination, alignment, centering and ease of movement through precise exercises promoting better core strength, flexibility and mobility anlong with relaxation and improved well being. Clients can come to classes or work one to one with specifically designed programmes to meet their needs.
