About

• Based in the Heart of Cumbria, the Eden Valley, Eden Dance aims to offer high quality dance training to youngsters and grown ups regardless of their rural location, in a variety of styles for fun or as a progressive route to a career in dance.
• Anyone who loves to dance can join in any of the diverse range of classes on offer at Eden Dance and whilst for many this will be for the joy there are routes available through the graded RAD Ballet syllabus, the exciting Youth Companies, Eden Youth Dance Company Juniors and Seniors and the Eden Boyz Moves along with a pathway to the Centre for Advanced Training in Dance that allow gifted and talented driven students to achieve a progression to a higher level of training and a potential career in dance.
• Our aim is to educate, inspire and nurture as many people across the County as we can to raise the profile of dance and continue to develop the future of high quality dance training and performance in the County.
• Eden Dance hopes to develop dance and broaden the awareness of high quality exciting performances to new audiences in Cumbria, staying relevant and true to the landscape by collaborating with local artists and linking with other dance groups in the area by inviting them to workshops and involvement in performances to continually augment, challenge and raise the level of dance in Cumbria.

We hope to see you somewhere along our journey.
